About This Site

Finding a Delta County booking photo or recent arrest record requires knowing which public office created and still holds it. This privately operated guide brings together the verified sheriff, jail, court, corrections, and records-request paths. Delta County does not publish an official online jail roster or booking-photo feed that we could verify, so we explain the direct inquiry and FOIA alternatives. We host no mugshot galleries or booking photos.

Why This Guide Exists

Michigan public-record rules can allow access to arrest and booking material, but public status does not mean every record is posted online. The Delta County Sheriff's Office and Delta County Correctional Facility hold local custody and intake records. MiCOURT shows later court activity, while the Michigan Department of Corrections provides OTIS for state prisoners and people under state supervision. Written requests under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act cover existing records that are not published, subject to lawful exemptions and redactions. This site organizes those official routes without copying or displaying booking photographs.

Records Paths We Cover

The guides separate current county custody from court, state, and federal records so readers do not mistake one database for another.

  • The home guide explains recent-arrest checks, jail status, booking records, Michigan mugshot law, and lawful correction options.
  • City guides cover Escanaba, Gladstone, and Garden, including the correct arresting-agency and county-jail paths.
  • Sheriff's Most Wanted explains the official warrant-check fallback because no county wanted list was located.
  • The records instructions show how to request an existing booking record or photograph and explain Michigan FOIA response timing.

Limits of This Site

This is a private reference website. It has no affiliation with the Delta County Sheriff's Office, Delta County Correctional Facility, Michigan Department of Corrections, or any local, state, or federal agency.

  • We cannot hold, release, or transfer a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange visitation, or send funds for anyone.
  • We do not provide legal advice.
  • We cannot promise that every address, telephone number, hour, or fee remains current.

Only the office holding the record can confirm custody, charges, transfer, or release. Use this guide to reach that office, then rely on the agency's answer and the later court record.

Independent Search Partners

Some pages contain search tools operated by outside providers. Those companies set their own prices and control their own results. If a visitor follows a tool and purchases a subscription or other service, this site may receive a referral fee that supports free access to the guide. We do not control a partner's coverage, charges, or data practices.
